Empyrean XModelFPD

Empyrean XModelFPD provides model extraction and parameter optimization for flat panel display technologies, including a-Si, LTPS, IGZO, OLED, Micro-LED, and photodiodes.

The tool supports both industry-standard RPI models and Empyrean proprietary compact models for FPD SPICE simulation. Combined with Empyrean ALPSFPD, it enables accurate simulation and analysis of hysteresis and stress effects, improving model quality and predictive accuracy.
